Professional approach

Reliable and easy to work alongside

When you introduce or refer a client, you can expect reliable, professional care.

  • Care given in line with the care plan agreed with the client or their family, and any risk assessments in place
  • Safeguarding concerns raised early with the local authority
  • Changes in the client’s condition reported promptly to the family and the professionals involved, in the way agreed with the client
  • Confidentiality and data protection taken seriously
  • Steady, long-term continuity for the client

Working together

Ways of working together

Types of care

  • Regular hourly support: on days and at times agreed in advance, for longer-term needs.
  • Temporary hourly support: at agreed times, for a set period or a short-term need.
  • Short-term live-in support: while a family member needs a rest or has to be away for a short time; the length and the tasks are agreed in advance.

Availability

Please ask. Love and Harmony Care is not an agency but an independent carer. Because she sometimes works long-term and sometimes with more than one family, available days and times depend on her current schedule. A new arrangement is agreed together after talking through needs and availability.

Documents on request

  • Basic DBS certificate
  • Public liability insurance certificate
